Cockroaches on the wall. Restaurant manager takes the order after 15 minutes of sitting inside the restaurant, and after going and reminding him that he hasn't taken the order. Staff keeps chitchatting with each other and not serving anyone - each of the 3 occupied tables had to call out for service! Had to call out twice to serve condiments. Manager also refuses to give the number of the owner saying that his phone is switched off. Doesn't really deserve to be at the new T2 terminal!

The most horrible staff. This guy Dibyendu said-they don’t provide regular water, one has to buy bottled water, Then we ordered brunch and then also asked for Dosa with Andhra pepper chicken. This guy said/ dosa is breakfast item- whereas it is listed under all day menu. Then he told- if you want dosa, go to another place.. literally. This is how they intend to serve. Needless to say.. it’s a horrible place. Donot visit.

Inexperienced staff. Staff is clueless about menu and had us reorder same item and when asked to cancel they said they will pack in a take away box but not cancel despite their mistake
