A lovely café with a cozy ambiance and excellent food. The mushroom sourdough pizza was fresh, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The chicken pie and white chocolate pastries was also fresh.The overall dining experience was fantastic, and the service was great too. Definitely worth a visit!

Their pizza is the best which is prepared in the brick oven and that gives a more authentic flavour. I tried hazelnut frappe which was good but not upto the price mark. The vibe is nice and peaceful.

The food was very average. We ordered pesto pasta which was served cold. The server told us they are out of cold coffee. We found other tables being served cold coffee. When we asked the server she mentioned we only have Glen’s special cold coffee. You did not asked for that. The food came completely out of order. Main course first. We had to asked for starters which came after 10mis wait. Water refills took few asks and wait. One can find all servers standing in group and chatting and guests literally shouting to get attention. Our desert was never served. After waiting for 20mins when we asked she came back and told us it will take 20 more mins and literally asked us if we want to wait for it. Honestly a place to avoid. There is Roxie next to it which is much better.

Food is decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. I’ve never seen a restaurant take 40 minutes to serve a standard English breakfast set menu, especially when many of the items are typically pre-prepared. What made the experience worse was the lack of coordination in serving the table. Dishes were brought out one by one over a long period, so by the time the last person received their food, everyone else had already started or even finished eating. No one wants to eat alone while the rest of the group waits or finishes. The food itself is fine, but the service needs significant improvement.

First they will give you a paper where you have to select items that you’d like to select, then that paper means nothing to them, they will give you whatever they like to serve, they might serve scrambled eggs if you have ordered masala omelette, they might serve you chicken sausage if you have ordered potato wedges. On top of that super slow service, super confused waiters.

Paid by mistake at Glen’s bake house, Sarjapur branch. Zomato district support is giving me hard time in reversing the money. Used Rs.1024 coupon that expires tonight. Please refund my coupon money at least today, so that i make a fresh payment at the right outlet. I can wait for the rest of the money to return to source in 5-7 days.

Worst service , no one to take order or recommend dish. Owner is hiring staff with poor salary or not keeping enough staff. Dinner feeling ruined.
