The food was really mid. Not sure why it has a 4.4 rating. It’s not bad by any means but really not worth the hype. For a place which has the name “bake” in their name, the bread used in their sandwiches is extremely disappointing, and the fries that it came with were cold and spicy and not in a way you want it to be. Ordered their honey mustard chicken steak, tasted quite unique no complaints, but the sides it came with were, again, very average. There small bites like tarts and cupcakes were nice, but the Belgium pastry was hard cold, bitter and dense in a way you cant cut through. Went to the Whitefield branch and the staff is quite oblivious to its customers. It was a week day evening and hardly 50% of the tables were full. Even then, they did not come to the table even after being called multiple times. They were not very helpful with the menu either. Needed to call 3 different people for a refill on my water. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, but not revisit.

I’ve never had a cheesecake worse than what I had here. Wouldn’t even call it a cheesecake because it was basically ‘Chena’ over an almond crust. It was a cheesecake without the most important ingredient- cream cheese. The pizza too was completely distasteful and inedible. We had to throw all the food away and would never visit this place again. For the price they’re charging they should at least use the right ingredients in the food!

Ordered apple pie bad found a hair there…. Red velvet cup cake not good eclair was stale not fresh…. Macaroons were hard. Only good thing was hot chocolate… Sure Glens has lost it’s charm… won’t be going back there again

No one to wait tables. No one to take order. Staff cleaning the shit out of the cafe during 12 pm. It's like having brunch in the middle of a Diwali house clean up.

The people do not care about the customers feedback…they can’t even prepare a simple juice and service is veryyy poor…. Not worth for money
