The dinner buffet was excellent. The starters were delicious, and the main course tasted amazing. Must try items - main course -Makrana pulao , Paneer burji , dhaba style chicken Starters - Bhatti da murg, veg fingers . The food quality was outstanding, complemented by a great ambience and a wonderful dining experience. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, especially Chandan, who was very supportive and sincere in his work. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

The Great Room restaurant at Holiday Inn Express OMR Bangalore offers an excellent Sunday brunch experience with an impressive buffet spread. The variety of dishes is commendable, featuring a mix of Indian and international cuisines, fresh salads, and indulgent desserts. The live counters, especially, add a vibrant touch to the meal, ensuring freshness and customization. The food quality is exceptional, and the presentation is appealing, making it a treat for both the eyes and the palate. However, the service during the brunch left room for improvement. Despite the busy Sunday crowd, quicker table clearances and more attentive staff would have enhanced the experience significantly. While the staff is polite and welcoming, better coordination and efficiency would make a notable difference. Overall, The Great Room offers a fantastic culinary experience with its elaborate Sunday brunch, and with some improvements in service, it could become a go-to destination for brunch enthusiasts.

I had been here around a year ago. the service was pathetic, we were seated and one of us opened mineral water. Then we waited for around 20-30 mins for waiter to come. They were talking amongst themselves and i had to call them. Then they took the order and got back to chatting. Then finally when we said if they cannot serve then we will leave. And that waiter gave us a bill for the mineral water

Food was bland and tasteless. Needs more focus on their restaurant service. Staff Manager also didn't have any proper response after providing clear feedback. Hoping they improve.

I will never recommend to go here . first of all food is not good and service is very bad
