finally won the booking war and landed a reservation here. super tightly packed joint, situated next to analog space- a place you can spend your time checking out cool records, while you wait to be seated by the team at guerrila. things you can’t count on @ guerrila dinner: • space. you likely will have a very tiny portion of a very tiny table here. no complaints. • getting an immediate seat. sometimes they take a little time to start your slot. again, not a huge concern things you can count on : • an incredibly cool room to order in, peep into the chef’s world, and gawk at posters. • not-so-ridiculous prices (1300 for 2) • and finally, some good f*cking food! we ordered all the right stuff, the cheese fries (3.5/5) a smash burger (4.5/5) lamb birria tacos (5/5) and the apple pie dessert (2/5) apart from the underwhelming dessert that reminded me of complan, i’ll definitely be back for more, and fall victim to the airmenus war AGAIN.

was hoping it would live it up to the hype. it's definitely worth the visit but not worth the hype. the burger was good- the meat flavour was great but the toppings could be more flavourful and the bun was disastrous. it needed to hold up to the meat and toppings and disintegrates too fast. the fries with the cheese sauce were good though slightly on the oily side. the biria tacos were tasty but it needed more fresh toppings to cut through the oil and the lamb could have had a more in depth flavor. side note- had an anaphylactic reaction to something of what I ordered,which has never happened to me before.
