Food is good. The ambience is also nice. I would recommend people to try. The servers are accommodating and are well behaved.

Food quality is not up to the standard for which Gufa is known for. Pai group is known for their food taste & quality,which looks like they are losing.

We were here for our friends birthday get together. Food was good and even the waiters service was good. But when my one and a half year old baby started crying because of the sizzlers smoke, we were made to wait for the lift and not allowed to take the stairs because the customers in the room will get disturbed because of her crying smoke. How insensitive is that. Aren't we also their customes? And this was to enter the staircase that had fire exit written on top of it. Now, if one of the customers is staying in the hotel and their baby starts crying, will they throw them out of the property because "other customers will get disturbed". Very disappointing and unprofessional. Is this what they learn in hospitality now. Never visiting the place again and not going to recommend it others as well because I really wouldn't want my near and dear ones to go through what I and my daughter went through today.
