Amazing staff, Amazing Food Truly very nice!!! combination of traditional food, Raagi mudde with ghee & greens curry is yummiest !!! Loved every dish !!! Very obliging staff & kids friendly staff. Never have I seen such wonderful service ever. Good bless all of them. May GULP succeed to the peek!!!

Service needs to improve. Tables inside are wobbly. Our drinks spilled every now n then when a foot or hand lands on it's base or face. Largely happy

Few secluded sections need constant attending of waiters to meet client food or drink needs. Few sections of 1st floor are quiet & secluded to the point that only a scream or a shout would grab the nearest waiter's ear that too if they are close by else long waits until 1 shows up or stand-up & walk out to go meet waiter & place order. The huge noisy fan makes this secluded section all the more aloof n disconnected from the nearest attending staff.

1 star and that’s being generous. I genuinely hope the owner reads this because there is something fundamentally wrong with how customers are treated here. I was looking through the menu and ordered an item. Without me asking, the waiter immediately told me how much it costs. Imagine going to a restaurant, ordering food from the menu, and having the waiter casually remind you of the price—as if you need to be warned before spending your own money. What exactly was the purpose of that? Do the staff assume customers cannot afford certain items based on how they look? Is this something they are trained to do? Or does the owner believe this establishment is some exclusive club reserved only for people who meet a certain financial standard? Either way, it reflects terribly on the management and the mentality behind this place. Having expensive food doesn’t make a restaurant premium. Treating customers with respect does. Fancy interiors and inflated prices cannot compensate for staff making customers feel judged or financially assessed while ordering food. The food waiting time is another disaster. The service is painfully slow, and the entire place gives the impression of being severely understaffed. It honestly feels like management is trying to run the business with the bare minimum number of employees possible while squeezing every ounce of work out of the existing staff. Employees look overwhelmed, customers keep waiting, and apparently nobody in management thinks that’s a problem. So let’s summarise the “premium experience”: • You might get financially profiled while ordering food. • You’ll wait forever for your order. • The staff appear overworked and understaffed. • Management seems completely disconnected from what hospitality actually means. There is a huge difference between being a premium restaurant and being pretentious. Unfortunately, this place seems to have confused the two. I sincerely hope the owner understands that customers don’t visit restaurants to prove they can afford the menu. If your staff feels the need to announce prices to customers who haven’t asked, perhaps the problem isn’t the customer’s wallet—it’s the mentality of the owner reflecting on their employees. Never again. There are plenty of restaurants with better food, faster service, and most importantly, basic human decency.

The food was not good at all. We were told that the live music would start by 8:30 PM, but it actually started only around 9:15 PM. The sound quality was also quite disappointing—the echo made it difficult to enjoy the music. Overall, the experience was not up to expectations.

I took dal khichdi parcel and I told them not to put coriander in the parcel. but after coming home when I saw I only found coriander and I was not able to eat it. They charged me somewhere around Rs. 300/- along with parcel which is completely waste now.
