The worst dinner we ever had. It was a family dining and had placed a request for quiet place but the music was so loud that we could not sit there peacefully. The food was bad or rather the worst food . The management is least bothered about the food they are serving ,the food is stale , fruits and salad were not cut fresh . Starters and other stuff were not tasty at all . Just don’t try to impress the customers with your variety and quantity, quality matters a lot . The staff there are so de motivated that they hardly come and attend you . The entire floor has only 3 people attending to the customers . It was a terrible decision to choose Gustoes for a bday treat and ended up spoiling our special day . Please do not hide this rating , allow people to read this so that they can make the right choice .

Today had lunch at Gustoes and the experience with quite bad. They were manipulating Ala-carte menu with buffet and charging the buffet price. They will serve grill stater only time with quantity of 2 and they wont repeat again. We waited for halfen hour and then for grill. They said you didnt ask again. I got confused with the answer and then said until ask we cant provide sir. All staff members are having intrest on gossips rather than serving the food. All main course not upto the mark. All main course items are very cold. Also staff behavior is not good with kids.

The food was very disappointing and not worth the money. The fish and prawns were of poor quality, and even the vegetarian options like paneer and mushrooms were cold and unappetizing. There were far fewer choices than what was shown on social media, which was misleading. Serving cold food at this price is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Please improve the food quality, ensure it is served hot, and provide the variety you advertise so customers receive what they are promised.

Worst food and no proper check- in facility . Service time and waiting period is pathetic. food is stale and nothing served in hot. Ambience total waste.
