Quite a rip off this restaurant is. They do not disclose complete terms and conditions for the events they host. They only mentioned on the event page that there is a cover of INR 500 per person redeemable against F&B in addition to the event ticket. Upon reaching, they told us that the table cab be given if we pay 3k otherwise we need to stand for 4 hours at the bar and no food will be served. This 3k was on their whims and fancies as they charged whatever they want (I heard both more and less, given how much people fought). Everyone who arrived for the event was taken aback at this stupid policy. Also, the upkeep of the place is quite bad. The basics (including the washroom) were in shambles. Poor management of the event itself which started an hour late. the food was quite average. And the drinks were below average and totally watered down. overall, it felt that the only way they want to make money is by tricking people. beware of this place and all the events that happen here.

1. Paid 8k for the table on a wed night and the bill was 13.5k 2. I paid the whole bill and forgot to use the Cover charge as it was a pic of the QR on my phone and not any coupons. 3. Next day I told the manager if I can get credit for the whole amount for next time. however, he denied stating they will give me discounts over the next few visits and even the discounts will be based on how much I bill. Now the whole 8k is an over payment which they are denying to reimburse. its a rip off. You are selling the table for 8k that means the person at the time of billing should have asked if we had cover which also didn't. This is my first review and I'll make sure the next 2 reviews in 4 days get wider audience if I'm not reimbursed for the same. Don't let this previously happy customer become an unhappy one.

After booking through Zomato or Swiggy and paying the cover charges, the place clearly refused to accept payments made via these apps. On top of that, the crowd was quite cheap and disappointing.

We called and asked them but they never mentioned that they charge for table. When I called again, the girl was extremely rude with her response. Would never recommend.

If you enjoy the taste of alcohol, or food for that matter - don’t come to this place. On top of that service is horrible and so are the chairs.

They are fraud and misleading … they allow booking thru Zomato or Swiggy but do not accept the discount payment . So please avoid

They lie about table bookings..i had booked via district, asked me extra 5k if I wanted a table..had to stand by the bar

They dont entertain zomato gold and often ask guest to pay cover charges even after booking the table in advance
