ok straight to the point: food : super service: super ambience : not good not like before no no no. washrooms : Flush doesn't work in commode in mens washrooms urinals ok. music: top notch. so if u want quick getaway with go for it for the food and great music and service.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant/bar. The staff at Hoot Craftwork completely ruined the entire mood after the party ended. The way they spoke to customers was disgusting — arrogant, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. Instead of handling things politely, they started misbehaving and talking aggressively for absolutely no reason. It’s shocking how a place that takes money from customers can treat them with such little respect. The management seriously needs to train their staff specially their manager Nitin Jha on basic manners and customer handling. No ambience, music, or food is worth dealing with such horrible behavior. Would never visit again and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

they were playing cricket at unacceptable volume, when I asked to reduce the supplier refused to do and i asked for manager who started arguing. he even said it's ok to cancel my food order if am not comfortable there. what a shame. well even i came to see cricket but not at the cost of blowing up my ear drums.
