The owner is an elderly gentleman from the famous Bhat community of Karnataka....uncle and his family and staff are super courteous and friendly. They have veg Karnataka cuisine...all their dishes are delicious and we were pleasantly surprised...the dosas, vadas, rice dishes, chaats, etc all were really tasty...uncle was very gracious as was his entire staff..very economical...and all their dishes are made with care...if you happen to be in the area or fancy a long drive...do visit this place....highly recommended!

Started with thatte idly…. Bade ….Combination of sambhar and two chutneys was awesome… then khara bath & kesari bath…. Simply superb….shavings bath was good…. Finally halwaaaa.. zzz wowful experience each kms travelled and signals waited , jumped was worth enough… ended up in parcelling 250gms halva and Muddur vade… not oily, no greasy, not too spicy…. Food lovers make a tick..

Known for quite a very long time, this is the best that you can get at a place like Peenya which is filled with dust and stuff. The food has a very authentic taste and the desserts are outstanding

Awesome place to eat authentic tasty South Indian food. Hospitality is also great, decades old restaurant but hygi nic. Near to jodi muneeshwara temple, so can visit along ... Must go place

One of the crowded places in this locality, people beef up for their Tiffin varieties almost all time of the day.  Self-service available and also tables inside for being served. Kudos to that one person who was moving swiftly across all the tables for orders. Their poori plate sells like hotcakes. Isn’t that oily but with the potato masala, it made a good combo. The Ghee rice and veg rice were just alright. I personally felt that the latter lacked tongue pleasing taste on the whole. The Pongal had pieces of coconut which were a surprise; was good. Last but one was the Curd rice with pomegranate seeds all around, was too good with the buttermilk. Halva with ice cream was the last to go in but damn, the hot-cold combo was wicked good. Swoop in with both dishes in a single scoop. Best place for people who prefer to have a good meal at an affordable price. *Personal rating - 3.5

Located amidst the centre of the industrial area Peenya, do not get fooled away by its looks this hotel might challenges the few of the best too. Loacted at peenya 2nd stage, it has simple but well organized seating arrangement and happy to go staff which treat you well. The service is fast no matter the people. This restaurant serves veg with limited things in the menu, what on the menu is served well. We can opt for full or mix plate dishes. One of the best onces are lemin rice & curd rice, bisebele bath and curd rice. Butter milk is on the best things they serve and 2 bajjis are complementary with every meal. Sweet section is fine too with gulab jamun with ice cream, carrot halwa with ice cream. If you are in peenya u have to visit this place. Simple but worth it. Quality - 4.5 Quantity- 4.2 Service - 4 Cost - 4 Ambience - 3.5 ( could do better ) Overall rating - 4

Located in Peenya where you hardly find places to eat.. It is the best restaurant it can offer. With everything made fresh from puri to Pongal to bisibele bath and their desserts are the best. The taste could not be any better. Probably the best puri I've had in Bangalore. This place is underrated. Do visit.
