Excellent South Indian - Chettinad recipes with great taste. The curries that comes along with meals are amazing. All of these at the heart of HSR is something great! A little expensive but the food is downright tasteful.

The dishes were ok, especially Fish Chukka, Raita were good.. the quantity is less for a very tasty Fish Chukka . i didn't try chicken, i like Fish Chukka a lot.

Ordered through Zomato on a Sunday noon. The food arrived about 1&1/2 hr later. Some items were missing and no proper response was given about delay or missing items. Really felt bad about the delivery experience.

Food was not tasty. The kothu was extremely thick and after a point couldn't eat it. The curry was spicy which should be normal for chettinad good but this was not that tasty.

When they started in Koramangala, I used to be a regular visitor. Even I used to frequent this HSR outlet till last year because of their quality and consistency. Recently went on a Tuesday night for a dinner and horrible is an understatement to describe the current state of the restaurant. Ordered idly and the coconut chutney was spoilt and inedible. Then I made a mistake of ordering Chicken Kari Dosai and Mutton Pallipalayam. The dosa was made of sour old batter and the chicken on the kari dosa was stale and unpalatable. Mutton Pallipalayam being the signature dish of Junior Kuppanna, I had high hopes, but that followed the same insipidity and unsavouriness as other dishes. The mutton was rubbery and lacked the punch that is inherent of any Pallipalayam dish and at certain point, I started doubting whether it was mutton at all.  Very very disappointed, Junior Kuppanna, but I still think high of your quality and consistency in other outlets ... If this is a franchise, the owners in Erode should pay attention to this as it will spoil their reputation. The fate of HSR layout is such that, any restaurant chain started in this area will do well in the beginning, then becomes bad and finally would reach the state of terribility. Hope JK won't get into that state and they will fix all these mess.

**Spoilt food alert!!** Ordered mutton pepper dry and special gravy online. The gravy tasted good as usual. But the mutton pepper dry was totally spoilt. On opening the parcel itself it smelt very badly. And they had heated it and sent us. On complaining to the Delivery app we didn't get any proper response. On contacting the restaurant, the manager checked and agreed to their mistake. He also promoted to refund the money. But it has been more than a month and still haven't recieved anything! Please don't order here and spoil your health. And to the restaurant people, please keep a check on your food quality. We customers need food worth the money we pay for it!!

Long story short, the quantity of food served is next to nothing and there's no value for money as the price falls on higher side. Nothing to say about the ambience either as it's a Mess in my opinion. The chicken starters like the Chicken 65 and Chicken Lollipop have no flesh, just bones. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went there for dining. Ordered fish meals. The fish curry is old and smells and the fish is rotten. I complained to the manager there and changed the fish curry to mutton and it the mutton piece is also not good. I stopped going there. Don't take risk.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. Poor food, poor service and poor hygiene. They didn’t have chutney with Dosa. I have visited the same chain at Koramangala (closed now) many time and I loved everything about that place.

Bad food, bad ambience! I'm an ardent fan of the brand but the last time I went there was scarily disappointing!
