Recently tried chicken shashlik Sizzler with garlic sauce and it tasted really nice, flavors were perfect and it was delicious, even the sides were perfect!

Loved the cheesy paneer steak sizzles. It was flavourful and smoking hot. Loved it .

I visited Hottey Smokey in Nexus Shantiniketan on May 25, 2025 for dinner. At 9:25 pm I made a payment of Rs.953 using GPay. They accepted the payment and told me to wait for my food. After around 5 minutes, I was told that the payment was not made and hence they would not serve the food. When I showed them my GPay transaction which was clear and complete, they said that they didn’t receive the money and hence they won’t serve me food. They also assured me that they would refund the money if they receive it twice. Since it was already late, and I had already made the payment and they straightaway refused to serve me the food, I paid them again. I raised a complaint with GPay and then GPay confirmed that both the payments were successfully processed and completed. I am attaching the screenshots of both payments as well as the reply from GPay team. Till date Hottey Smokey has not refunded the extra amount paid even after repeated requests. The store is in a food court and they are always busy to talk about such complaints.

very tasteless sizzlers.. Too saucy and lacks any flavours.. can give it a miss
