So one weekend in the afternoon was very hungry and I had cravings for Biryani and couldn't go far in search of it.. So I decided to try out this small Biryani place near my room.. So as it was Sunday it not that crowded.. Me and my friends order for their signature dish which is BIRYANI ❤ We couldn resist ourselves from trying this Biryani as it was getting served to our next table we couldn hold on to it anymore.. So finally our chicken biryani was on our table which was served in Donne (Bowl which is made up of leaves) 👌👌 Taste: It was extremely well cooked and chicken was very tender 😍😍 So one must definitely try out this place if you are in and around R.T.Nagar..

It's worth the price. Spicy tasty local biryani. I like this kind of no spices flavored normal rice biryani.

I've had the Biryani in the yelahanka outlet many times and this was the first time in the RT Nagar one. The place is kind of situated in the basement, so it kind of goes unnoticed.. This is my first visit and these are my reviews. Ambience : The place is clean and kept neat but there were a lot of houseflies which was a bit irritating. Service : The service was good and quick. Almost got everything I ordered in a matter of ten minutes. Food : I ordered Biryani rice, Kabab, Chilli chicken. The taste is of course the same across all the places, but the kabab was the best. Crispy outside, juicy inside. The chilly chicken was great with it being moderately spicy. Finished off with a glass of butter milk. Would be better if they add a half boiled egg along with the Biryani. The prices aren't too expensive and it's pocket friendly. Would visit the place again..

I could have given this place a 4.5, but Zomato rules :( Heading for a feelgood Donne Biriyani in RT Nagar, this is the place!! Coming to the food, the Biriyani is "Feelgood" Served in the authentic manner The Donne, it gives a good feel. The aroma of the Biriyani first captures your attention, which is not too mild nor too concentrated. Then comes the texture, which was non sticky and hence a yay!! I had ordered a Chicken Biriyani, Egg Biriyani and a Chicken Kabab. The Biriyani tasted absolutely well and the the raita and salon were not much useful, since the flavour was so intense. The chicken pieces were well cooked the meat was juicy. So, a thumbs up for the Chicken Biriyani. Egg Biriyani was simply an egg put on the Biriyani rice and not cooked with the Biriyani. So, the flavour in the egg was not even superficial. The man of the day was Kabab: juicy, crispy and tasty, they were well marinated and perfectly fried with all the spices engrossed the peice. One must have those bad boys for the best contentment. Coming to Ambiance, the place is in the Basement but can be easily located since many boards have been put up. They can easily accomadate a 40 people or so. The place has a good light. This is a self service restaurant, since the crowd is too much in the peak hour of lunch you may have to wait a little for your turn to order. The staff are really friendly and would see to your needs as such.

I haven't had proper Donne Biryani in a longtime but this is certainly one on the best in Bengaluru. They had both the Biryanis when I went but the only side available was the kabab, which actually is a good thing as it means they don't just make everything they can and push stale food if it dosen't sell. I ordered the mutton Biryani and boy was it good. The pieces could possibly break if you lifted it, it's that tender and the rice isn't as spicy as I would like but the flavours were just phenomenal!! The kabab was the best amongst all the Biryani places I have eaten till date and none of the pieces could be called boney in any measure. It lost a star because it's a pain to find (basement location afterall) and the place is slightly claustrophobic. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambience 3/5 Hygiene 4/5 Location 2/5

I would give 3.5 but that's not an option here . I've been reading reviews about the kebab so I had to try it . Bought a plate of kebabs and chilli chicken the previous night . Kebabs - they were worth the price and tasted good but they were too salty , the kebabs were different and tried having the Empire resteraunt kind of kebab tatse but different in its own way but it was a little too salty and hence wasn't a very nice experience Chilli chicken - the chilli chicken was worth the price too and the spicy gravy and chicken is really nice . I would recommend to try this place as the food is worth the price point

Time to go native on a lazy Sunday afternoon and binge on some scrumptious Mutton Donne biryani aka Pulav... I love this style of simple flavours with excellent quality of meat served with raita and a wonderful light saalan.... Loved the flavours of the rice which can be had by itself but then you get these chunks of soft succulent Mutton pieces in it and it's heaven... Nothing can be better for post overnight binge drinking session.... N also being taught the proper way to eat this was a bonus.... To open up the Donne, so that it is more like a plate itself... Lunch "Donne" right!!!

We ordered from this place on a lazy Sunday afternoon. We had chicken biryani, chicken kabab and guntur chicken. The kabab and guntur chicken were really yummy though the biryani could have been better. Quantity is also less.. but still worth your money.

Neat and comfortable ambience to have lunch or dinner with friends or people, menu has two kinds of biryanis and the dry sides for them. Food hygiene is good. Food 4/5 Ambience 5/5

One good place to try the bengaluru style of biryani that is the donne biryani. Service is pretty good. I tried the mutton biryani and chicken kebab. The hot biryani just out of dum was delicious with right amount of masala and was served with sherwa and neat raita. Kebab was extra crispy and juicy. Have their butter milk after your meal . Loved the meal (: Ambience - 3.5/5 Service - 3.5/5 Taste - 3.5/5
