Hi Hydra I’m regular customer and visiting twice a month but on 11 July Saturday I experienced the worst food quality in hydra. Its not only 1 item i tried 4 items and all are same so food taste quality is at worst level So if u recently changed your chef so please check it.

Food not good , staff not polite at all , they are not well trained at all, they behaved so rudely just after we sat in there, I booked dining for 9 people at 5:00pm and before going there I called the restaurant and confirmed whether they take payment and offer through district , they said yes absolutely, but when we went in they said they don’t accept 50% offer through district at night, that , this etc. They said they don’t give service in 1 st floor and it’s locked , so we were compelled to sit in ground floor itself, District app showed a big menu, but there they said chef is changed so the menu had very limited items just 2 main course, It was completely blunder , went there to enjoy but they made our mood off. Please don’t go there at all .

Worst experience ever. We decided to visit this place expecting good food and service, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The service was extremely poor, and the food was not worth the wait at all. We waited for more than 2 hours, and by the end our hunger was gone. With no other choice, we left the place without even eating. Totally unacceptable management and a waste of time. Would not recommend.

Wrost experience in hydra club and kitchen, food quality not up to the mark compair to other pub,the management is not good,the staffs are not well trained. vibes was ok,there is no crowd and price also high,not recommended to the other person's. Rat room around entire floor. when I'm informed the staff,the staff replied me to, yes sir we have🤭.

such a bad service ever i have seen it was pre-booking of 22 person still service was slow n food is very bad. not recommended for group lunch. after placing main course order it was waiting time for than 2 hours. manager was not available to speak or attend guest. total disappointed

The Food is extremely bad and the vibe is not good and the ambience is also not that great. There is water issue in washrooms, reason why they give 50 percent off is this because they are not good in food, service and ambience. Kindly do not kill ur day/ evening by being here.

Very bad experience. They asked for 4500 before entry even after booking table. Coming up with their own rules. Every rule should be written here. No 30% discount on 4500 paid extra. Very few food options.

Avoid this place if you are hungry. We waited over an hour just for basic appetizers. The kitchen is painfully slow and poorly managed. Food is not worth the endless wait.
