Finally tried their ice creams. This place serves ice cream by weight and also serves one of the best ones in town. I tried the strawberry cheesecake, mango and white chocolate ice cream and all of them were so good. It is a little pricey compared to normal ice cream shops but worth it.

I am fond of their ice cream cakes. Have tried four of them- Fruit & Blackcurrant Drizzle, Swiss Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Butterscotch one. All of them are great but my vote will go for the fruit one. It has the perfect blend of fruit ice creams. Worth a try.

The chocolate sauce is so bloody good. Try with any basic flavoured ice cream. One to die for!!

The promise of some good ice-cream cake brought us to Ibaco. We selected a chocolate ice-cream cake (apologies for not remembering the name - I just know that it wasn't dark chocolate) that was quite delicious.   However, there was one ingredient that just did not go along with the rest of the cake. It might have been the whipping cream (or some cream-related part of the cake) that just tasted a bit odd with respect to the rest of the cake. But it wasn't much of a big deal.  I would also love to try other dishes that this place offers. The prices happen to be a bit on the higher side, but then if you're paying for cake and sharing it with others, the per head cost does reduce substantially.

We’ve been regular customers of the Ibaco ice cream shop near BEL Road for a long time, but the service has gone from bad to worse. The staff show zero interest or professionalism while serving — completely careless and rude attitude. The ice cream is served so badly, it feels like they’re just dumping rice into a bowl. No smile, no hygiene, no presentation — just pure negligence. Every time we visit, it turns into an argument, and honestly, it’s a waste of time and energy. Totally disappointed and decided never to visit this outlet again.

Ordered Swish chocolate ice cream .. topped with chocolate chip on top ... The texture of icecream could have been better ... Should try out other flavours soon

This is not a Zomato review but em just giving I formation,The guys in the parlour know how to cheat perfectly, I have been going to this place since the beginning,but this was the horrible experience,we took 2 sticks and toppii, approximately the bill amount with get would be 200 to 230rs,but these servers told us to have Nd pay later , guess the bill it was 503,and to check them I used all the methods 1) I told I'll swipe the card,he told machine not working 2)later this guy told Machine problem,Nd oops your bill is 482rs 3) I'll send my fellow worker,draw money from ATM Nd give 4) I told plz show the bill so the shop guy told server problem,Nd started giving reasons that may be server problem,can't print bill ,etc etc etc ... Nd all this conversation happened over a smile,they know how to answer Ur questions.. end he din gv bill but we paid how the ice cream would cost... They CHEAT alot... Be careful...

I had ordered "Swiss choco symphony ice-cream cake" after reading great reviews about it ,regret ordering big time the taste was horrible and cream tasted stale never going to order from this place.

Do not order from this over priced ice cream shop. THEY DO NOT SELL CAKES Had ordered a cake for a birthday, I received a frozen ice cream after paying 1500 bucks!
