I ordered Rava Idlis and Ragi Dosa from here late night. Those were the only items available at that time. Both were served with good portion of chutneys and aloo saagu. The packaging was neat and clean. Dosas could have been better. Idlis tastes good.

I tried their poori bhaji and bisi bele bhath. Both were hot, fresh, and tasty. The only thing they could improve is their washroom and basin area. Otherwise, it's a must-visit place for hygienic and delicious food:)

Our visit to IDC Kitchen in HSR, Bengaluru, was nothing short of fantastic! Coffee aficionados shouldn't miss this spot. The food is outstanding, but unfortunately, IDC seems to have overlooked hygiene standards. Staff members are handling food without gloves, and the absence of a hot spoon sterilizer is concerning. We urge you to uphold hygiene standards; we trust IDC with our meals, and it's essential to maintain that trust. HSR now boasts a fresh breakfast spot - IDC Kitchen, offering top-notch South Indian delicacies at reasonable prices. Whether it's their Rava dosa, Podi Thatte Idli, Ghee Dosa, Masala Vada,Maddur Vada or aromatic filter coffee, each dish exudes a distinct flavor that's sure to delight. Give them a try and share your favorite dish below! Their South Indian breakfast is unparalleled; the idlis are as fluffy as clouds, and the dosas are exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the finest breakfast experiences. And let's not forget the coffee – their jaggery coffee is divine, offering the perfect flavor profile. अच्छा लगा तो शेर करो

The place serves some of the best ghee podi idlis & Dahi Vadas. Don't plan to come here at peak hours of the day and you're set. The quality of service & food degrades with the crowd. However, if you're in HSR and want to have some late night dinners & ditch high street for once, this is your place.

The service is slow during the peak hours of the day. It is very difficult to find seating also. While ordering from home, the restaurant has always missed adding tomato chutney along with the items. This is very disappointing. Would request the restaurant to ensure that all items are packed when packing an order.

On 01.03.2024, around 9PM I visited IDC Kitchen, Trinity... ordered 2 Ghee Masala Dosa and Kesari Bath. The dosa wasn't cooked properly... it did not taste anything like the one in Residency Road... the kesari bath was very very dry... when confronted, the cash counter person dint give a damn and said 'Ok sir' and kept quiet and started using his phone... Later when I followed up telling that you don't even have the courtesy to apologise and get the things right, he said you have told me now, I'll let the staff know and what not... Later some another manager came and started telling, if it was not good, I'll give you one more dosa or I'll refund the bill... I told him it is not the money or food... it is about how good the food is in Residency road, now since you're the franchise outlet, you're spoiling the brand and just came out. The message here is, PLEASE DONT VISIT IDC KITCHEN, TRINITY. It is just yuck franchise outlet.

One of the most pathetic places to visit and have South Indian food. Poor service and it took us more time waiting than having food. Focusing primarily on delivery and least bothered about walk-ins. Mosquitoes all over and zero focus on cleanliness or clearing the tables fast. People were struggling to sit and have a proper meal. Forget about enjoying the meal. This is the table we got and nobody came to clean or clear it. What mess in the name of opening another chain with zero professional ethos.

Very slow and the size of dosa is very small. Today we ordered idly with chutney and the chutney was very salty. Food not that great.
