One of the worst franchisees and very rightly so .. poorest idli and dose quality and dose is like too small and very thin … Took more than 30 mins as they were busy with packing some xyz orders … even after the long wait got some very poorly made dose and very basic idli … not worth the price anymore !

Every time I visit this place this place is full of customers.. and the taste and price of the food justifies the crowd.. Must try: Ghee Masala Thatte Idli Open Butter Masala Dosa Tawa Idli Ragi Roti Filter Coffee

Found cockroach on my idli in my takeaway order. Tried contacting IDC, but not reachable. Disappointed.

I love IDC. It’s one of the places I have always enjoyed eating dosa at (over some of the more cliché and overhyped places). It’s a regular family go-to and they make the perfectly buttered masala dosa in my area. However, it does get pretty crowded and unorganised because of the self service aspect. Wish they could improve on that aspect since their prices are higher than other places.

While I can't justify the amounts of ghee slathered upon the thatte idli, the ultimate result is still quite the tasty treat. Any outlet of theirs is an absolute market during the morning hours, and any of them are definitely worth the visit if you're in the mood for a good thindi.

Have been a frequent visitor here since the time I moved to Bangalore 5months ago. Love the food, uses to recommend people, but getting the food is like a herculean task. This fine morning, after giving the bill to the service guy and waiting 20min was told, don't know who you gave the bill. Finding the bill myself, furious, another guy came to help, only to give me my order which was not freshly made and just heated. The staff seems over worked, confusion all over the place and over a chaos, reminding me off road side "thela". Management sould reconsider it's priority, before it becomes just another indly dosa joint. Won't put myself through this feeling again, inspite of good taste.

When im sick I order from here. I ordered here Thatte idly and pineapple juice. It was good after having i felt like reenergized.

Half cooked idlis served. Think twice before ordering. They just want to be done with it. The staff do not care about quality.

Went there twice, during my visit to Namma Bengaluru: first on the day we landed, for dinner; second, a couple of days later for breakfast. We also ordered breakfast from them, sometime later. In addition, every day during my stay in Bengaluru, when I used to go for my morning run, I used to have coffee both - on the way out and back. Their filter coffee is too good. They use Bayar's coffee. Their ghee masala thatte idli is awesome. It is a treat to see the way they add ghee. It is ultra soft, hot and the podi is just spicy. The chutney and sambhar sides are perfect accompaniments. The idli vade combo and button idli sambhar are again top notch - typical Bengaluru standards. The masala dose was again, superbly done, with the right amount of crispiness. Khali dose too was good. I also liked curd with the podi - they had run out of pickles!! Only the maddur vade was average. Overall, a great place, where you get excellent quality, authentic Bengaluru style food, without burning a hole in your pockets.
