One of my favourite places! Everything tastes sooo yummy , there's not a single dish thats bad and since all the portions are really small u can order multiple dishes and try everything. I absolutely love the food.

So we went to this IDC restaurant which was recently opened in New BEL road...but to our misfortune this was such a worst experience. Had very high expectations as I've tried this restaurant in Indiranagar branch and was excited has started in our locality. My first impression was that "are the walls even painted" forget bout the ambience...the whole restaurant is in distortion...tables are not arranged in manner....no cleanliness...carefree with rude behaviour staff... management is not worth it. So since me n my friend are not good with ghee....and as the menu had with ghee and without ghee masala dosa with different price tags ..we opted without ghee masala dosa and by2 coffee....and the bill counter person gave our bill....but wen we received the food...we find it it's ghee masala dosa and wen asked thy are telling no we put ghee for everything...we asked the counter person... wherein he was least bothered to let us know that thy were preparing all the dishes with ghee....wen asked for y didn't u inform us before billing....and we clearly saw the menu n ordered...he nonchalantly replied no we have stopped....ok then plz refund us...then also no...we cannot...such rude behaviour..even for the by2 coffee....not available...arey y is there a menu containing which ur not providing us. Staff is least bothered to clean the table....on top that counter person isn't there....waited for him to come n take our order. Worst experience..not to mention OMG who even provides drumstick sambar which is used for rice for Dosa...the dosa was not hot...stale....yuck...wt not. Strongly recommend the IDC restaurant in New BEL road to please close ur resturant...ur not worth it.....plz don't spoil ur franchise quality prestige .....Shiv Sagar is 100 times better than urs...The one in Indiranagar was awesome....but here....worst to the core. Your not worth 1 star rating also.

I was so excited to eat here, as I’ve been to indiranagar IDC and I liked it . Butt IDC in New BEL road turned out to be huge disappointment. Staff are not at all generous , it’s very unhygienic , the man in the bill counter doesn’t even know the menu and is so rude. We first ordered normal Masala Dosa and By2 coffee. For some reason the man in the bill counter did not even care to inform that they are only serving ghee Masala Dosa. Since we did not know , as the menu had Masala Dosa and Ghee Masala Dosa in separate section with different rate , we ordered normal Masala Dosa as we are allergic to ghee , butter. Butt they served us Ghee Masala dose , despite showing the bill and asking them to change the order they did not care to do so. We did not even eat it, we asked for a refund , the man in the billing counter was so rude . The Dosa was cold , it was stale . The Sambhar was beyond bad . And when we decided to get By2 coffee, they informed they don’t serve By2 coffee , but man in the billing counter said it’s available. We were so disappointed, the staff were rude , the management is so bad . The tables are unevenly placed . They do not even bother to clean the tables . I’m beyond disappointed.

This place opened in Bel road somewhere around August last year after the pandemic… have been going there since, the food was really nice and service was great! Dosa, idly, onion dosa and tea were amazing! We used to go for evening snacks almost daily. But recently their quality has decreased drastically, not only has their food lost taste but their new staff is unco-operative and rude. They always used to give sambhar with idly for dine-in as well as delivery but they suddenly stopped giving and even when asked for a bowl of sambhar, the staff fights that sambhar doesn’t come with idly and blatantly refuses. Last time we had specifically requested the person at the cash counter to include sambhar and were ready to pay extra for sambhar but when the food came, it had no sambhar and the person literally screamed that we do not give sambhar with it! Eventually after talking to the counter guy, he gave sambhar but showed attitude. Moreover, their tea which was one of the best things to have has lost its charm altogether. They have a lost 2 loyal and regular customers!

I had asked for a plate of bullet idlis around 11.50 when it was breakfast time and was told that Sambhar got finished. I had earlier asked for Kesari Bhaat and vadas which got finished too. On asking, the owner was arrogant and tried to blame me for my indecision when he himself ran out of stock. Quite a pathetic attitude when he seems to be in luck. The food & staff is nothing great to rave about. Not recommended at all!

no customer service,when asked for hot tiffin d servers said they cannot give very arrogantly, d chutney was stale , my sincere advice is to not to go to IDC poor service, staff is very arrogant

The size of set dosa is usually way to small than the other restaurants. The current order though , the dosa size was of a small puri like the ones you get in south indian thali

when we order from Zomato either they don't send sambar or very little sambar for 4 plates idly vada dosa one small box which is not sufficient for 2 plate idly also

I ordered akki roti with tht no butter no pickle also and more over I found some stones in between chewing 🙁🙁😑not good at all👎
