Went for dining, the food was good, but the service was ok. Worst thing is they don’t accept pay by Zomato or Paytm or Dineout, if the restaurant is listed in Zomato to pay through it but then the restaurant doesn’t accept payments via Zomato that’s disappointing.

This is a good place for dining but not delivery!!! We mostly visit here for lunch and dinner But when we recently ordered food, Biryani, chicken, kebabs and more The quantity were less and some stuff were missing!! Rest all was good and taste 💖🤤

I can't believe that the server have no knowledge who serve a broken plelt with a salt i am customer either staff service is very bad and i am not happy a service but food is good 😊😊😊😊 only for service is bad in other outlet a imperial hotel staff are not foucse to a customer and table very bad experience a vasnath nagar outlet that's call Miller's road

I visited this restaurant expecting a 10% discount on dine-in, as clearly mentioned on Zomato. However, when I asked about it, the staff flatly denied offering any such discount. This was quite disappointing, especially since the information was available on a trusted platform like Zomato.

Bad experience at Empire, Vasanth Nagar. Booked a table through District with cover charge, yet had to wait and staff unnecessarily took my phone to reconfirm. Poor coordination and inefficient service. Advance booking felt useless.

Food was below average. Veg is next level pathetic. Panner was tasteless. Never come to this hotel. No refreshment Service is bad. No professionalism
