Ball pool next to the tables. Kids are throwing the balls outside. Balls are falling on customer. Please remove and create more spacious seating

I have been a regular customer at your hotel, and until now I have never been disappointed. However, today’s experience was extremely frustrating. The service was very poor, and the food preparation was unacceptable — it was almost burnt. On top of that, only one waiter was managing the entire restaurant, and despite calling multiple times, no one came to take our order. We waited for a long time, but there was no response at all. Eventually, we had no choice but to pay the bill and leave without being properly served. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope you take immediate steps to improve your service standards.

1. didn't serve anything along with non-veg starters. upon requesting for it, they provided stale and smelly chutney. 2. ordered an item and cancelled within 1 minute to re-order a different item. they didn't cancel the first item and billed that instead of the item received. 3. I had reminded the staff twice to get a side dish. bad service. 4. staff insisted on buying platters and costly items.

The service was 4, Food taste 4 but the meat server was all bones. any dish regardless was only bone. gravy, Starter etc.. kebab was cold when pointed they replaced it. taste is good but the bone ruined the experience.

we ordered spicy chicken but they took butter chicken and we told them take spicy kadai chicken they took back and they added red chilli powder we can't able to eat that it's not at all good

Dum biryani was worst,no taste ,no chicken piece in biryani,strongly not recommend for dum biryani,cost is too high 280 rs,less quantity also
