I have ordered the chilli chicken, boneless biriyani and sweet& salt lime soda. The starter was just boiled chicken with some chilli and sauces. I did not like biriyani as well and it was costed me 300 which is not worth it. the lime soda was too and no salt i asked them to correct it, they did but was not still good.

I’ve ordered from Imperio (Whitefield) multiple times, hoping their quality would improve — but it only gets worse. Recently, I ordered Death by Chocolate, and the experience was awful. The portion was tiny, the brownie was rock-hard, and it tasted stale, almost expired.I also tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. There seems to be no interest in customer service or maintaining food standards.It’s really disappointing to see such carelessness. I have photo and video proof of what was delivered, and I honestly cannot recommend this place anymore. They seriously need to improve both quality and responsiveness.

I was really disappointed with their manager. we ordered Egg biriyani in zomato but we received mutton biriyani. but we're just EGGITARIANS , but this manager *parvez* something he is saying is beneficial for you only. how come he is saying like this we're not eating chicken also. he is not ready to accept his mistake. but i would really appreciate *Steven* manager . he is great he is understanding customer point of view but this guy is really worst.

I ordered one grilled chicken and one Malabar chicken biryani through Zomato, but the restaurant kept delaying the order multiple times. I had to call them three times to follow up, and by the third call, their response was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. They showed no concern for the delay or the inconvenience caused. Very disappointed with the service.

fried rice was cold and pathetic to taste after replacing the food they sent the previous fried rice mixed again even though i complained about it. store supervisor Nilanjana please send him home he does not know Customer service. i will not come back to imperio segahalli branch since its not once mult6times it has happened now. poor food and service.
