Inazia serves the best Asian food hands down. I'd recommend having the lobster dimsum, crab fried rice and any of the woks. Brishti has served us twice here and she is absolutely brilliant with her recommendations

New dessert the Mango one was decent, but mangoes could have been ripe. My wife didnt like it as much, she said the crunchy rice was good.

Visited InAzia (Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield) recently, where the Thai Crab Omelette is proudly billed as the chef’s 'Signature' dish. High hopes. The server seemed hesitant when we ordered it, should’ve taken the hint. It arrived absolutely drowning in oil, grease pooling on the plate. Zero flavor: no Thai herbs, spices, chili, or umami. Bland crab stuffed inside tasteless eggs. Lazy execution. Roadside omelette is better than this, to be honest. For a “signature” dish at 5-star prices, this was insulting. Single-handedly ruined the experience. The kitchen needs to rethink what deserves the “Signature” label. Deeply disappointed, and really embarrassed for the chef. Not the best place, won't be returning here.
