Staff are wonderfull..especially karan and dilip..they ease the crowd..n give good service to the customers..another reason to visit.,they provide excellent service..

The banana milkshake was thick and nice, the iced tea was very refreshing and the chicken pops were crunchy and super yummy.

This place is super cool for someone looking for a good chit chat or get together. They have amazing ambience and refreshing tea. It's charged at 100 RS which is a bit pricy. If Zomato pro it comes to 80 and is good for the quality time spent with loved ones. It's child and couple friendly. Super cozy comfortable lounge with hot chai is a win win at India chai. Overall one should visit for good chai.

So this is a place for those long meetings over a cup of tea..I being a big fan of Ginger tea finds this place to be an okay place for below reason.. 1.long waiting time 2.limited option to have with chai 3.over pricy if you are a daily chai person. Pros 1.comfy and cozy 2.pasta is yumm 3.open even after 11

The ambience is good and even the starters are goood but the veg pizza was very bad which I think was margarita . The base was not fresh . And they need to keep tissues and ketchup on every table instead of us asking them everytime.

India chai is a typical cafe, to go and sit and have a bite at, but the food was disappointing and not fresh, servings were less compared to the cost, for example a plate of chili garlic potato bombs has only 11 small pieces, which were tasting old and chewy. The inetrior is decently decorated. The entrance can be confusing for the stairs to the top floor are hidden inside. The burger had a bare minimum of an aloo patty and cheese slice. the milkshakes were extremely sweet. Maggi was the only thing that tasted hot and fresh and had good portion size. I would improve the freshness to the dishes, it all felt like they had re heated some frozen foods . Overall it was a disappointment to visit such a place.

I previously posted a good review for this outlet, but I feel I should to change my opinion. The menu you see here is not the updated menu (The picture of updated menu is in the photos I posted 😇) Several highlights (dishes) have since been removed. The chai still remains my favourite. But all the other dishes in terms of taste, portion size (which is absolutely ridiculous) and price are not justified. Being a mainly chai selling outlet, they do not have any accompaniments to go with the chai. Even basic biscuits were not available. They took way too much time to serve tea, I wouldn't really recommend this place for anything else other than the Indian Chai.

I needed a place to work, so I ordered a chai for 100 Rupees (very expensive). After about an hour, the waiter awkwardly suggested I order more, which I refused. I found this inappropriate as the cafe was never at capacity, so I asked to remove my service charge on the bill, a request he only complied with after I insisted repeatedly. After three hours since my arrival, the owner told me to leave the property as, supposedly, the maximum stay duration was one hour. I’d understand if the cafe had ever been at capacity, but this was never the case, so I vowed never to be back and to leave this review. Bad vibes, overpriced, and pointless as a place to work. Also, no wifi.

Unheiginic conditions - none of the staff members wearing a mask & the cafe was swept in the presence of customers. Staff spoken to rudely and loudly in the presence of customers by a senior staff member. When told about the Zomato Pro discount tries to avoid it by saying it's not active yet.
