I recently visited Indian Durbar at Conrad with my family for dinner, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful evening. We had the Wadiyaan ka Pulao, Hari Pyaz Kulcha, and Lauki ka Kofta, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The food had a lovely balance of traditional Indian flavours while still feeling refined and elegant. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the warm and gracious hospitality. A special mention to Chef Ramnik, Chef Jotiba and the entire team, including Abishek Chandran, Director of Marketing, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well looked after. Their genuine warmth, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality were evident throughout the evening. Dining with family is always special, and the wonderful food and exceptional service made this particular evening even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Indian Durbar for such a delightful experience.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Indian Durbar. The service was exceptional, especially from Ayush, who was very polite, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations throughout the meal. The restaurant’s cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. The plates were served warm, the glassware was spotless, and the overall ambiance felt very refined and well maintained. The food was outstanding. The kulcha was so good that we ended up ordering a second one, and the cheese naan was equally delicious. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, and impeccable hygiene standards. I would definitely recommend Indian Durbar and look forward to visiting again.

Exceptional food quality and ambience, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The food quality, presentation and balance was impeccable. This place never disappoints, one of the best Punjabi / North Indian fine dining option in Bengaluru.

The food was good and the staff was very friendly. I was visiting for my wife's birthday and they got us a cake, which was not required from their end but still they did. A very nice gesture and experience overall.
