A cute and aesthetic cafe perfect to hangout with friends. This cafe serves the best decaf coffee & I personally loved it. But I loved the most is their thick & delicious hot chocolate with almond croissant & the show stopper is the honey butter toast. It was super yummy and is a must try. I also loved their sandwich which was quite yum. Overall had a great experience and would love to visit again.

The service need to be better. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The sofas are not tidy and clean. Coming to food - I tried Butter Pancakes and they taste like a dumpling of flour. Coffee is good though.

Not enough people to serve, even to pack leftover food I was asked to wait for 15 minutes. After asking for water I had to go to the counter to collect it. It was a special day I was trying to celebrate. Went absolutely wrong.

Extremely unprofessional staff. My best friend had left her Apple AirPods Pro there worth ₹25,000 there by mistake. She called the cafe and they said that they had it and have kept it safe and that she can collect it. She lives 11km away and when she went to collect it a few days later after calling them and they confirmed that her earphones are there, after she went there they said that it is lost and the staff gave it to the manager who kept it in lost and found and now it’s not there. They didn’t give a refund after loosing my friend’s Apple AirPods Pro and they have blocked my friend on all platforms like as though she stole from them. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Would never visit any Isobel branch as there is no humanity there. If by mistake you leave your belongings, be sure to never get it back as it’s gonna get stolen. This happened in Jayanagar branch, but I wouldn’t go to any branch. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The name of all decent people who work in such professions are spoiled because of this behaviour. Will never recommend going here after what my best friend had to go through!

It is extremely overpriced . For the price the service is very low. You need to pay upfront at the counter they dont give you the bill unless you insist on it. I ordered a matcha initially for which I was charged 373. But after I paid they informed that they didn’t have matcha I got a carrot cake instead it was decent . Then I got a decaf Spanish latte for which they charged me 370 which was average. Both times I asked for glass of water which I didn’t get at all. I would not be visiting this cafe again

Very overpriced place with bad food and horrible service. It’s a very aesthetic place but everything else was not worth the money at all. Even after complaining about the service, there was no improvement and the waiters were confused and rude. Very very bad experience.

Very rude and manner less staff at the billing counter. Turned down service and asked to leave as me and my 5 year old son walked in holding soft serves. I run several F&B outlets in bangalore and this is a new low in costumer service.
