The place is simple and the food is good here. When ever I visit the airport, this is one stop for tea, coffee and good food. Gobi manjurian is good and every one liked it. All the other dishes was also good.. feel free to give this restaurant a try.

food is strictly ok ,service in first floor is pathetic, I sat for couple of minutes no one bothered to come to my table ,they were all lost is ther own world ,they act as if they doing favour ,then I came n sat in grd floor ,here waiters who served me was kind ,anyway this is my second visit never again

I recently visited Itihaas Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and the staff did not seem attentive or welcoming. We had to wait a long time before our order was taken, and there was little follow-up during the meal. The food quality also did not meet expectations. Some dishes were not served hot, and the taste was quite average compared to what we expected. Considering the pricing, the overall experience did not feel worth it. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and food quality.

such a place to eat Fruit fly and bug with your food.. i ordered a Malabar chicken biriyani I got a bug free with that... I was really starving that time that's why I choose this restaurant. but the moment I realised that it is the worst and worst outlet. Please let me clarify guys, you guys are serving food for people need or just only making money theam.also i suffered with food poison after having from there....such a worst and hell place.. if anyone wants to die can go to ithihaasa restaurant which is located at Chikkajala near by decathlon.

the food ordered through Swiggy, quality of butter chicken boneless was stale smelling and discolored, had a bite, and threw away the rest, down with food poisoning and vomiting and diarrhea, VERY POOR QUALITY OF HYGIENE AND NO CHECK OF ITEMS SPECIALLY NON VEG PRIOR TO DESPATCH... THE MEAT HAD GONE BAD, JUST COOKED WITH MASALA OIL ETC TO DISGUISE/ COVER UP THE STALE FOOD...

horrible experience of food poisoning for my both kids for having paneer curry . we visited yesterday (15 march) and my both kids are down with food poisoning. seeing the paneer only i could make out it was not fresh and i could see the undigested paneer in both kids vomit as well . pictures would be disturbing here to post . luckily me and my wife didnt have it .

Had a horrible experience at Ithihaas Restaurant.A rude waiter pretended to be the owner and misbehaved. The actual owner wasn’t any better—more focused on upselling than being honest about portions. To top it off, the food was terrible. Definitely not worth the visit. Avoid this place!

I bought broasted chicken through zomato...it was spoiled one...smelly too...the oil was also spoiled...had food many time from Ithihaas...but its the first experience....Still I can feel that yucky oil in my throat....really disappointed

After visiting numerous times to Itihaas Restaurant, here is the service I got: 1) Drinks are good but the food provided here is TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC. 2) Utensils are not so clean. 3) Rude and ignorant behaviour from the front desk guy.

TAKE AWAY order waiting for an hour and received spilled food not proper packing and the restaurant guy on call don’t even take it seriously about the complaint and also nothing immediately help from Zomato customer chat
