The food was excellent. The vibe was excellent. The only thing which was not excellent was expecting the restaurant to give a complimentary cake or something since I had mentioned before hand that it was my mom’s 50th birthday. But it’s fine !! She had a great experience though !! Giving 4star just because of no special arrangement otherwise it is 5/5 place

Food was quite impressive specially their Laal Maas is must try. Ambience is quite enough to enjoy the dinner. Service could be better specially when it comes to welcoming guest on arrival.

While the food was exceptional the table service was great, but post that it was a let down, there were multiple issue with the billing along with refusal for payment modes even though we had called ahead and confirmed that they would have no problem serving a bigger group, no details were provided when we were seated or when we reached or on phone and then they made up rules on the spot We decided to cut our losses and just pay whatever they wanted. It was a great experience then a lowlight which sorta ruins the whole situation. I’d expect the management at such a fine establishment to do better.

The ambience and staff were lovely . The seating , the vibe everything was beautiful. But the food was tasteless and lacking any flavors unfortunately

We had Booked for 9pm slot and reached 8:50pm. Table was not available. We got table around 9:30pm. We ordered the entire food at once but the Service was very slow and took more than hour to get Main course. It was my bday and we had a 75 year old person who had difficulty walking. The purpose of Booking the table was wasted. Ruined the experience. Never expected this from Leela. However, the staff kept apologising and did offer us complementary drinks and cake. However, since our experience was not up to the mark, we just wanted to get out of the place. It was also a week day and had an early morning flight. Leela really needs to improve their staff in handling customer grievances better. Offering freebies is not what every customer is after.
