We opted for the Bengali lunch buffet. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience, and overall the food was good. However, the chicken cutlet was very bland and lacked flavour. The Mutton Dak Bungalow, despite containing all the expected spices, failed to deliver the rich taste one would expect. The mutton biryani was decent but could certainly have been better. The management should also improve the way guests are welcomed. Asking customers to make the payment outside the restaurant before allowing them to enter does not create a good first impression and takes away from the overall dining experience.

We took 3 meals some Karavali festival apart from alacarte, meals served was not hot and no sequence in serving and we had to call them multiple times to make serves, overall it was very disappointing and don’t recommend this place.

Service was very bad and slow, we almost waited for 45mins for the dishes to arrive after placing the order. A very disappointing experience in terms of service.
