Vikram was the most polite person I have even met. Jollygunj in general has a very fast service but Vikram made it seem like i didn’t had to worry about my order.

Extremely disappointing experience. While the food and ambiance were decent, a serious incident with the valet service completely ruined our visit. After handing over my car to the valet, I later found that cash kept in my wallet (inside the dashboard) was missing. What raised immediate suspicion was that the dashboard compartment had been left open, which is what prompted us to check in the first place. This is a clear breach of trust. When we confronted the valet staff, they denied everything. We then approached the restaurant team and asked to speak to the manager, but were told he hadn’t arrived yet—even though we could clearly see him present in the back. This lack of honesty was very frustrating. We were told the matter would be looked into and action would be taken, but nothing has been done so far. Such incidents raise serious concerns about customer safety and accountability. Valet service should not put customers at risk like this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while using their valet service.
