Some experiences stay with you not because of the place alone, but because of the people who make them special. Mr. Prakash is easily one of the most wonderful souls I’ve met while dining out. As a waiter, he had an incredible sense of timing — knowing exactly when to step in and when to give us space to simply enjoy the evening. He went beyond his responsibilities to ensure we had a great time at Jook, and his warmth and attentiveness genuinely elevated the entire experience. Jook has long been one of my favourite go-to taprooms — I absolutely love their chilli corn bao and pizzas — but this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review. And that’s entirely because of how sincere and thoughtful Prakash was. Great food brings you in, but people like him are what make you want to come back.

the saving grace was dinesh who took our order promptly and really made an effort. ambience was not ok, tables were too close even though I had clearly asked for something away as my parents were with me. the receptionist didn't know what she was doing. food was okay - chilli cheese toast was great, chicken bbq pizza was good. rest was so so

Very bad experience with IPL, If you’re thinking of going for IPL screening, it’s a big no… Cons: 1. They have a circular white screen, and when they project on it, you won’t be able to see the complete screen. Half of the scorecard at the bottom gets cut off. 2. Very poor picture quality. The video was so bad that you couldn’t clearly identify which player you were watching. The screen looks very dark, not sure what the issue is, but the picture quality is really bad. 3. Sound quality is pathetic. You don’t get clear commentary. I don’t think they’re using a proper speaker or subwoofer system, they seriously need to improve this. Coming to the food: Tried a couple of starters, they were decent. But the non-alcoholic beverages were a disaster. As per the menu, they listed Real Mango Juice and Apple Juice, but what we received was Maaza and Fizz with a few ice cubes on top. It was literally shit 😞

Cocktails were diluted and food was sub par. A lot of the decent wines were not being sold by glass (only by bottle) leading to limited choices. Will not visit again
