I am not writing review about cake here. Since I am not getting any space to write review about just bake in their site and they don't allow cakes to be rated very less rating(1 or 2 stars), am creating account in Zomato.com and writing the review. One of the pathetic service I ever came across in Bangalore. I ordered cake(Order number - JBWED0062006) on 18th Aug 2019 at 1pm and chosen to be delivered at 5.30-7.30PM slot on the same day. Till 8.30PM no body turned up. Then I started searching for the customer support number. Got 2 whatsapp numbers(you can get in this website). Called many time got automated voice message saying'our representative will connect back'. After many messages in whatsapp, after 10-15mins got local area justbake(R.T.Nagar) shop number. Called that shop guy atleast 15 times, finally he received and said, delivery boy is on his way and will reach in 15mins. Order is delayed by around 2hrs by 9PM. By that time the occasion has completed and this order spoiled my day Hi Justbake - If you don't have a proper customer support and delivery channel, better don't open such business, really it hurts the customers. I suggest other customers not use such bad third class service. I never ever use your service and not recommend others also! Good bye JustBake!

Myself Sushma Shekhar. Today I had purchased black forest cake for my parents anniversary from carmelaram just bake cake shop. The quality is really bad. The shopkeeper gave me the old stock as the whole family could make out the sticky white colour cream coming like a layer sticking to the cutlery. A very bad experience I had today with your worst service. I ask all my friends neighbours and relatives to never and ever to buy or order cakes from here
