The ambience and food was good... Hospitality was superb... Buffet had mutiple varieties...Overall we had a good experience on my husband's birthday... Thanks for the complimentary cake it was yummy...

Today we went for a brunch where we found a piece of paper in a chicken starter the paper was kind of tissue paper we immediately notified the staff who was attending our table after sometime a chef came with a rice paper and told its a rice paper they used while frying we were like okok But here is the catch - we got fooled by this chef (i don't know his name) we really found tissue paper in it bcz rice papers texture is nowhere near to the paper we found in the chicken even if we soak it or dry it also there was no rice paper in that starter as they told us But I realized it after getting home Im really unhappy with this kind of service if they acknowledged it we wouldn't even dragged this issue but they choose to fool us even when we paid 8k Shameful incident 😞 Additionally pasta was undercooked and desserts were awful 😖 Also, there were flies on the food I do not wish to visit jw kitchen ever again

Hi .. we went with our family as my brother came from US .. there are lot of items but all of us felt taste was not good . Grill items were bland .. dimsums were bad .. biryani was very dry .. sweets also didn’t taste up to level .. Mithun served us well but food was not that great

The Food was very mediocre at best. Most of the food items were cold. The gravies or curries were hot. But very average or mediocre at best. There was no saving grace right from the starters to Desserts. Nothing much. The starters were very cold and not so good. Overall not worth the price. The ambience is ofcourse great.

Not worth the price..I believed the price would be around 3.5k for 2 as per the district app.. so it not worth booking via this app.. I had visited last year too on the same date atleast don’t confuse the customers.. update the prices as per JW.. this shd be the last time we visit and also using this app…

Taste was not upto the mark. Chicken meat didn’t get cooked properly. Raw tinge of taste !!!! Disappointed. But staff service was good

The service was too bad, not expected out of a 5 star hotel. Food were stale and cold. Most of the items looks too old
