The place is huge. Has sections where one ca choose to be seated. We were a group of 10 people and had booked for lunch. The food is average. Not bad, but not something I would want to try again. The worst part was service. Have to call every time for water, plates, tissues, spoons. No supervision or asking for support. Food was just placed on the table, no act of care. No aspect of service. Dessert was served without plates, spoons. Even with this quality they charge a service fee - optional which we paid. Charge was not the issue the service was the problem.

Instead of making us to scan and search for menu on our mobiles be ready with giving us the hard copy of menu also. Too much of digitalization like watsapp ordering and waiters are not coming and taking order rather they are suggesting us to order thru watsapp. Also during summer without AC wasn’t good experience. Taste of the food is good for starters main course mattar pulav was not tasty too much of masala was added. Subz veg biryani was good. Garlic naan and aloo paratha was very tasty. Paneer curry was sweet and mushroom curry was bland.

Many items listed in zomato menu was not available in restaurant menu. wings platter, cauliflower fries were a disaster, chicken manchow soup was ok.

full cheating by the folks from Kaavu. 1 veg and 1 non veg item we asked to cancel due to lot of delay. they accepted to cancel and we thought everything is good. one mistake from us is that we trusted the Kaavu folks and we didn't dig into bill. this is one of the major learning for us as well. but what really happened was that items which we cancelled is still there in the bill and we paid the amount though we never received the same.

We have ordered the food but for every food it was taking more than 20 mins also when we told to remove the Service Charges they included didn't removed.
