Very disappointing experience at Kakal Kairuchi, Rajajinagar. After struggling for 20 minutes to find parking due to the lack of parking assistance, we were assigned a table by staff and seated. Later, Mr. Danush asked us to vacate the same table and behaved unprofessionally when we explained that his own staff had allocated it. There was no proper waiting list or crowd management system, resulting in confusion and poor customer handling. My family and I felt disrespected and left without having dinner. While Mr. Alam (AGM) apologised for the incident, Mr. Danush neither apologised nor acknowledged the inconvenience caused. What is even more disappointing is that despite emailing the management regarding this incident, there has been no response or acknowledgement. Poor customer service both at the restaurant and after escalation. Not recommended until management and customer service standards improve.

Worst experience at night, we had booked the table and there is no proper food available. As mentioned in the menu none of the items are available when we asked the waiter.At night it's a bad experience we had for the day
