My cravings for some North Indian food brought me here and I must say, the food was good. We tried the Palak Paneer Thali - the roti was soft and flaky, the dal and rice was amazing, the palak paneer was really good and this was served along with raita, boondi, bhindi and aalo which were yummy. Along with this we tried the Chole Bhature which was my personal favourite and every bite was exceptional. The letdown 's were the Dry Fruit Lassi and Rabdi. Now coming to the service, this is by far one of the worst service I have seen. On a busy Sunday, most of the people have walked out and only 2 people remained to manage the entire floor. It took us over 15 minutes to get the person's attention . They need to work on this.

The food is amazing. As usual. But the music is unbearable. Not the choice in music but the loudness. It's too loud. Please reduce the volume. It's giving a headache.

we wanted to try kapoor's cafe..this was our first visit.. ambience was great.. we ordered aloo pyaz paratha, chole khulche..which afte 12 min they informed it was not available and then we replaced with chole kulche, mixed paratha.. bhature had developed lot of yeast ( Khameera) and chole was salty.mix partha was great but unfortunately the mint chutney was just watery but some we managed to have them we wanted to have chaas which only came after 20 mins after couple of reminder that to I told wanter the bill and I was in bill counter..then chaas arrived and I told the captain or waiter why it so long but there was no answer but they were ready to add chaas in the bill after a wait for more than 20 mins..More over management need to rework in hospitality ..all the staff were in their respective phones there was no eye contact in table and hardly two tables.. experience was not so great.need to train the staff

Pathetic food and service by the staff out here .. I ordered for Palak paneer thali and it came out to be disgusting .. the dal was sooo salty and the aloo sabzi was stale .. when I asked the staff to change it he argued saying everyone eats the same thing … Kindly give some training to the service staff out here how to handle a service complaint.. No apology was extended to me .. u fact the rude behaviour continued till the end of billing ..

Please avoid unless you are desperately starving with fat wallet. Reasons to avoid: 1. Extremely average food at eye watering prices, I am not exaggerating 2. The tables, sticky & unhygienic. The cutlery is a shame 3. Service is modest, but the prices and service charge is royal It's a broad daylight robbery in the name of vegetarian food. Thank me later.

Yesterday we visited this place, had bhole bhature and chole kulche, turns out it turned out to be the worse decision. Today, we are literally vomiting out that dirt food. Such bad quality and horrible ingredients used . If you’d like to take care of your health,kindly avoid visiting this stupid place.
