Yesterday I had visited along with my family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The choice of pastries recommended by Chef Alex were really great. Enjoyed the courteous service by the team in Kammanahalli outlet. One of the best pasta we have tasted after a long time. Overal an evening well spent with family at an affordable price.

We were just passing by and spotted Karachi bakery and we just had to go in. The place is done up so nicely! The desserts on display, I must say, look very very nice. We tried their strawberry tart, presentation was done so well, 5/5 for that, taste was great as well, I really wish they used fresh strawberries somewhere in the dessert. We also had their cold coffee and the quantity is great. I got a whole set of cookies packed and out of those the fruit cookies are my personal favourite but their speciality is the Osmania ones, so you could give that a try as well. One drawback is that the ACs on the customer side didn't seem to be working so the only air you get is coming from behind the counter and that's really a problem in this weather. Overall great experience, do visit! Food: 4/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambience: 3.5/5 Value for money: 4/5

I loved the freshness of the dishes served at KB. We sampled muffins and macaroons - muffins are 5⭐ but macaroons were a tad bit too sweet for me. We had sandwiches- very fresh and tasty. We also sampled a fish burger and mac and cheese (chicken). The fish burger was delicious but mac and cheese was more like chicken pasta in white sauce - not the authentic mac & cheese. However, the food was fresh, fragrant and tasty. I enjoyed the twin garlic breads as well. So overall, the experience was good and I felt it offers a good value for money.

Decadent desserts and pastries. The cookies here are definitely worth a try ( osmania). Moderately priced for the quality and quantity served. Salted caramel cheesecake from here is my favorite. The best bakery, this side of town.

Was here yesterday to try their churros but they told their their kitchen is under renovation. So we tried their pineapple pie which was good. I love their Osamania biscuits. Will definitely try out their other items once they open their kitchen.

As I sit here waiting for my order that I have given half an hour ago, I decided to write this review. This review contains details of the service levels of Karachi.. about the food, I'll write one later. Firstly, the cafe is so hot. The weather outside is much more pleasant. I request the only person manning the place to adjust the AC. He doesn't know how to operate the remote so he gives it to me. I try but it looks like the remote is as horrible as the place. The lady to whom I have given my "Masala tea without sugar" order comes and tells me that it's a pre-mixed packet so the tea will have sugar. I ask her if there is any other tea without sugar to which she says "cappuccino". Helpless, I just nod my head to the sugary tea. I wait for forty minutes for my waffle in sweltering heat until my patience wears thin and I excuse myself. It is really really sad that service levels like this are tolerated by the management. Oh, did I say, there's a blast of air that welcomes you each time you open or close the door!!! That's the only time you'll get some air ... PS: since the cooks come out, I noticed they were sweating profusely and so was the person at the counter..

M quite a frequent customer of Karachi bakery..from last 4-5 occasions m ordering cakes from here .. yesterday I got fresh fruit fresca cake ..which I usually order from here...but this time the quality and size everything is worst ...many times I had this cake from here... but this time cake was not fresh at all...infact we ordered 1 day before .. the size is also getting small ..usually I order half kg or 1 kg..but this pathetic taste and size was very small. Please improve your quality.

Had a good opinion on karachi bakery till now. Ordered red velvet cupcake and Ferrero rocher pastry. Was totally dissapointed with what we received. Both the items were very stale. The cream on the cupcake was hardened and the pastry was tough too. The cream was dried up. The staff only gave us a notebook which they called it as a feedback book and told us to write a complaint in that. They didn't do anything further to improve the situation. Never coming back to this place again

I had ordered for a customised cake and I have clearly mentioned all the points nd listed it down on a piece of paper including the colour combination and with replica images and I really don’t understand how else to explain them at the end of it all I must say very disappointed with the outcome of the cake

Ordered for Chicken Burger today for lunch and received a lamb burger...!! Last time I ordered for a Chicken club s/w and it was probably the best i've had so far in Bangalore. Disappointed!!
