The floor and chairs were dirty. The washroom was wet. The waiter and attender kept on asking if we wanted something else. If we need something, we will call them, they don't need to dwell over us.

ordered barbeque combo platter and they took more than 30 minutes. worst part is manager kept justifying that it was ordered just 20 mins back which was not correct. very very bad experience in a Sunday lunch messed up my Sunday afternoon completely

The service is pathetic, They have minimum 45-50 minutes wait time for the food to come - the servers told us the wait time for Mandi is 10-15 mins and we were waiting for over 45 minutes and it never came Half the items in the menu is not available and the waiters don’t know about it so after placing the order they came 2 more times to change the items as nothing we ordered is available

We ordered a chicken strips pack and shrimps pack for takeaway. However upon opening the parcel we only received the chicken strips and the shrimps were missing. We paid full price and didnt receive our order.
