I had a really pleasant experience dining here today. The food was awesome fresh and nicely presented and i truly appreciated the warm and friendly services from the staff especially Premjit Asem.He was incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed .Thank you Premjit your service was excellent 👍

Karibu at Zuri looks classy, spacious & bright, we went for sunday brunch and the spread of the buffet was huge with wide variety of drinks except no seafood, taste of the each and every food was lip smacking, service was great. Overall a wonderful brunching experience !

The ambience is amazing along with great hospitality provided by the staff. There is a wide range of tasty food provided in the buffet dinner. Definitely do give it a try!

Went for team dinner. Really great variety at the buffet.. Food was great. The continental food was much better than the Indian food. Great mock tails.

The restaurant is just at the entrance of the hotel & we were given a seat which was near to entrance in spite of 3 daya of prior booking. I can say you don’t even require a booking as the restaurant was completely empty apart from few guests which might be staying in same the hotel. I did not feel the staff was upto mark bearing in mind it is 5 star. Now the food , we took buffet. Taste was mediocre & items were regular. No one bothered to offer us a menu for a drink, so I managed with sparkling water. Good thing was food was hot and very fresh. Place was less crowded. I liked the starter in chicken with burnt garlic. Above all, a very dull visit

Had lunch at Karibu-Zuri today. Ordered rice and dhaabe waali daal along with prawn ghee roast. While the dal was fine, they served 6 prawns with around 200gms of sauteed onions masala along with it . The waiter also tried to convince me that is how prawns ghee roast is made -Unbelievable ! There were quite a few flies roaming around and hygeine could be more on focus. Overall an average experience - would not want to revisit.

Visited the Kaava restaurant, dinner for 4 ppl on a Monday night buffet dinner. The occupancy in the restaurant was quite low (8:30 pm) even though it is in close proximity to office complex.. The salads had small black COCKROACH wandering around, and hence we chose not to take anything from that side.. They claimed that a deep clean is performed on weekends and this should not have happened, but come one guys that is a lame excuse. We ordered breads while taking the main course, and tit took good 10 mins for them to be served, probably Bcos the restaurant has low footfall the tandoor was not ready yet. None the less, after our awfully sad dinner the restaurant mgr came to apologize for these errors and gave a 50% off... But you know what the hygiene standards expected from a 5 star is very high.. and ZURI, you let me down...

Limited round the clock menu. Ordered Dal Karibu which was kind of raw with the dal and splits. Not the usual rich taste of dal makhni Moong dal halwa was very dry and had a bitter after taste. Chef mentioned that this is indeed the preparation so can't be a one off. The staff was polite but the sevice was a bit slow. Overall not a good experience at all.
