I don’t understand d low rating. We bunch of 8 from my apartment foodie group went for lunch over here on my recommendation. The food was exceptional! The mutton seekh kebabs were absolutely delicious. We have one lone vegetarian in our group n she ordered d mushroom tikka for starters n paneer some red/orange gravy 🤪 And that was pretty good too! The highlight dish was khameeri roti n kheema gurda. By d time we were done eating, no one had any motivation to move!

Chicken Jahangir is very flavourful and spicy. I tried dal ghost for the first time and it was amazing. Even the breads are so fluffy. I will recommend this restaurant who loves North Indian style food. Service by Sufiyan and Deepak is top notch

We tried the mutton sheekh, chicken changezi and mutton burrah kabab. The taste was authentic and very good. Special mention to Mr. Munim for serving us proactively.

I had recently visit i in this Karims ..I was warmly welcomed like chief guests by their manager and staffs.... they served me a food in awesome 🤗 their service was wowww.... I usually don't write reviews . but the only what really is.. Thank you so much once again❤️❤️ Team Karims for everything that u show the love of Karims.

we have been here in big groups of families several times only in honor of the original Karims. but this branch is a total shame to the name Karims. went for my birthday with my family and 2 of the kids in the family had their own food because the restaurant food was too spicy for them. I know the basic rule is that no outside food is allowed but with kids wherever we went, so many restaurants including in different cities and countries, we have packed some separate food for the child and NEVER ever had an issue because we used to order so much from the restaurant and all adults were eating that. the only exception was the 2 children. but the staff was extremely rude kept insisting tbe child stop eating even after we requested that it's just the child eating. every other restaurant understands and has exceptions for children wherever we went but we were shocked with the behaviour of the waiters and so called manager. he was literally standing in front of the child and demanding that he stop eating. even some men from other table came and intervened and said this behaviour of the staff is wrong. this is the horrible response you get after coming here regularly in large groups. in the end the child and mom literally left and sat and ate in the car. staff had zero consideration. we didn't even take out the birthday cake to eat because again it was from another restaurant and we were already disgusted and lost all our appetite. just left in a hurry. worst experience ever. franchise owner needs to spend some time and money on basic etiquette and customer management for the staff. never returning there.

pathetic service. In spite of writing down the order the staff has no clue on what's being served. Very slow and poor service. when feedback was given, the staff says " Galti insaan se hi hoti hai". people from every table were fighting with the staff and few left the place even before the order was served.

Not all as the Delhi Karims. The taste as the flavour is completely different. I have been having karims since 2007 but this seems like a bad copy of the original Karims. TASTE AND FLAVOUR COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Please do not expect the real Karims experience

Food is ok ok, not that good but people here in the restaurant insist and force us to pay through scanner and not to pay through any of the app as it’s a fake account. But in reality it is not.
