This place is so nice, the vibe is chill and it's awesome to go in the winter. The city view is great. For food, we had the Thai CHI chicken, which was amazing, and then the Vietnamese pho soup, which was good too. But the best thing was the Firecracker Sushi, seriously the best sushi I've ever had. And a huge shoutout to Ravi, who served us, such a nice and humble guy.

Honestly, there’s no reason anyone should waste their time or money here. The food is average at best, and the prices are absurd for what you actually get. The moment we got the service charge taken off, the staff turned rude and dismissive, which really killed the vibe. Even after telling them it was a special occasion, they didn’t bother with a single effort just kept trying to sell alcohol. A place that looks good on Instagram but is a total letdown in reality. Honestly the food had no flavour !!!

If you think this place is special, let me save you the money — it isn’t. The rooftop is the only reason people come, because the food, drinks, and overall vibe are below average for the price they charge. The staff was fine until we got our service charge removed, and then they became reluctant and almost annoyed to serve us. Even for a birthday celebration, they didn’t add a single touch to make it feel memorable. It’s just an overpriced hangout that relies on views, nothing else.

This place is the definition of overhyped. The only selling point is that it’s a rooftop, because the food and drinks are nothing special at all. Once we asked them to remove the service charge, the staff’s attitude completely flipped suddenly they were cold and reluctant. For a birthday celebration they did absolutely nothing, no effort, no gesture, just repeated attempts to push us into buying bottles. Overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not worth the money

We ordered food and ate at the baar counter. we ordered food worth 2.5 k and ate standing there. There were plenty of tables free but even after requesting multiple times they did not bother to give us the table. Also we requested if we could get high chair at least to sit and eat. That too they said no. The receptionists here are also very rude. Highly disappointed with the experience.

Went to Kaze after a really long time and used to love it which is why we returned. We ordered drinks and got one set of dumplings. The dumplings took over an hour to come. The service was extremely disappointing and killed the vibe. So sad to see this place not live up to the standards it once had.
