staff pathetic. cold burger served. terrible zinger piece was given . and the popcorn only had flour no chicken. so overall the worst branch of kfc... orion mall should throw out this branch from their mall. worst service and quality of staff. like shit their food was my 750 went waste.

I have been here many times and always the staff are so unhelpful and disrespectful They don’t seem to care about the customers They have very bad service The food is always oily and the fries are soggy or undercooked Would highly recommend changing the staff

Worst staffs they don’t have any hospitality they talk like a locals mainly Divya not fit to work in such job such a rude person I don’t know how such people are hired the person who as hired will be the same character

KFC really needs to look into their staff training.The staff at this branch make you feel like you are there to serve them KFC and not the other way.Terrible customer service.
