The so called manager (a lady manager during July, 2023) of the kfc restaurant yelahanka branch, was so greedy with receiving good ratings and feedbacks from me. she took my phone and started to install zomata convincing me that there will be a discount if I order the same through zomato. it was supposed to be a dine-in for me and she proceeded with the take away through zomato. once she gave the order through zomato through my phone, I was asked to wait and that I can dine in from the restaurant itself and i waited. once I got the order, they switched off the air conditioner and since I have asthma it was making me feel very uncomfortable with no ventilation and when i requested her to increase the cooling she started to show faces and frowned at me. one thing I worked smartly was she kept on insisting me that to give my phone to her so that she will give the rating and feedback of her own. i finally had to leave there with regrets due to her bad attitude and i had to give this feedback without any delay. I want the respective authorities to please look into this manager's irresponsible and unethical behaviour towards the customer as well as to her employer. either give her a final warning or you just have to get this lady fired. pls look into this matter with good attention and do me a favor here because this shouldn't happen to the upcomming customers ever again. thanks in advance.
