We ordered food from this outlet delivery is super fast and food was tasty too and when I visited the store food is too good even when we going for dine in experience as well.

Very inefficient way of taking order. Even if on counter is close no communication to the customer waiting in the wrong que that the counter is close. Initial communication that the food will take 10 mins. and when the customer reached to counter they say your order was ready early and they gave it to some other person. and then again made to wait for 5 mins to get your order.... the worst experience ever at the KFC outlet.

Popcorn is not at all cooked. One of the worst popcorn chicken I've ever had. Other items also doesn't taste that good.
