We ordered chicken mingle box & 1 fries with chicken popcorn. Both the items were fresh & excellent in taste.

We travelled all the way from Chennai to Bangalore and visited this place. We ordered 2 lunch meal combo and My hubby ordered for popcorn chicken rice. We got altogether in a big plate and didn’t notice that we didn’t get popcorn chicken. After finishing our lunch lady in the counter gave us popcorn chicken separately (that too after asking) . How counter people can be so irresponsible

Wait time was negligible considering it was rush hours on a Sunday afternoon. However, when did KFC assume customers are fine with consuming cold food just for the sake of quick delivery? Otherwise, the food was okay. Cleanliness has to be improved though.

Absolutely the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. Visited today and the place had no working AC at all. When asked, the staff casually said all ACs were down. It was extremely hot outside, and inside it felt even worse—completely suffocating. No fans either. Customers were literally forced to sit and eat while sweating. This is unacceptable for a global brand, especially inside a mall. If basic facilities can’t be maintained, dine-in should be shut down. Service was just as bad. Orders were delayed with no proper communication. Asked for cold water and was given warm water instead. Coming to the food—absolutely disappointing. The chicken was drowned in sauces to the point where you couldn’t even taste it. Completely ruined the meal. This outlet is poorly managed and reflects badly on the brand. One of the most horrible dining experiences I’ve had. Management needs to take immediate action.

The taste, hygiene and the service everything was poor. The chicken was undercooked and raw, the Pepsi had no soda it just tasted like cold water, it took them forever to get us our order that too undercooked and the tables were not clean and there was a strong pungent smell all over the place. Regretted visiting the restaurant.

We ordered hot and crispy chicken with chicken strips combo. It was pathetic . It felt as if we are eating fried cornfloor thats all. It was not worth the money . When you go to KFC , there is certain amount of expectation with the quality but it was horrible experience. Would prefer eating anything over this from anywhere .

The service was very bad. Waited for almost half an hour to get very bad burger. They were just waiting around till we gave the bill to get the food. Have been to other KFC restaurants, but this was the worst. Honestly, didn’t expect such a service and poor food.

Horrible service and food!! Chicken was stale and Chicken Zinger was inedible with week old ingredients. There was absolutely no taste in anything and we’re feeling nauseous after having the food.

Only one counter opened during lunch time... Just ordered Singer Burger took 15 mins. Which they promised in 2 mins
