we ordered Wednesday special bucket offer . chicken was extremely bad taste & was not cleaned properly,All chicken pieces was of tasteless & some black dots on the pieces .when we ask manager mamatha she was very rude in handling customers & not provided solution for the same. as we are a regular customer to this branch hopefully decided not to visit again & not to recommend for friends especially akshaynagar branch. Shashank was really good in convincing but was unable to give refund .

When we ordered we were in hope that food will be tasty and good because its KFC …but no KFC has lost its taste they are just selling food for money not to satisy customers especially from Bommanahlli KFC the delivery partner will take 5 star review from customer as soon as they deliver but the food taste will not even be valuable for 1 star here.. so if u are looking for tasty food when you are hungry please dont choose KFC waste of money☹️
