Horrible service , very rude staff . They are clueless on how to accomadte or explain to a customer . The outlet stinks , no hygiene. Would recommend a through kitchen check done . A fellow customer informed that the burger he ordered was stale and asked for a new one . I order tandoori chicken roll and the roll was just a piece of chicken and parota with a dollop of mayonnaise.

I didn’t get what I ordered, some items were missing in my order, I ordered big 8, Pepsi, Wednesday strips, tandoori chicken burger, but I didn’t received Pepsi, Wednesday strips( only 6 pices and very small like popcorn), tandoori chicken burger

I ordered Wednesday strips and biriyani and got it only Wednesday strips and packaging look like opend So pathetic and poor service from KFC.Reported to Zomato got only RS 367 refund . This is totally bullshit...
