From my order one burger and a dip was literally missing even tho I paid for it, later Zomato gave me the refund BUT WHAT BOUT THE HUNGER IT LEFT US WITH?! I couldn’t order again bcz of such high delivery charges and I’m so disappointed with kfc’s such careless packaging ATLEAST LOOK AT WHT I WANT TO ORDER Also the food was cold, bland if you don’t want to serve us then close the damn restaurant Didn’t expect this from kfc , very disappointed

I had very pathetic experience with this store. Recently I had ordered and finally the order has not arrived after waiting 3 hrs .. if you are booking online please avoid book from this store . Rather order from other stores. The manager their Abhishek was really rude and telling explanation after 3 hrs that delivery person will come . I had finally canceled the order. Please avoid this place!!!!!

Can't even handover the order to the delivery boy, Don't know if they are lying or Even actually prepared... never order from here... zomato also not provided any resolution .. no responsibility if one is sitting hungry waiting for their order from more than one hour... advertise gold like anything... no benefit of buying gold... very irresponsible customer care

very poor service. they take almost 25 mins to give the orders. no one does respond to the guest nor they don't even care. zero value for the guest. when the restaurant is fully empty and 25 mins for 1 single order. pathetic service. The manager also doesn't even care .

If I could have negative ratings, these idiots deserve that. They can't duckin deliver. Always cancel the order last minute as they misplace the orders. Bunch of buffoons are managing this place
