love everything from here but that Lady manager from here's doesn't like her attitude the way she treated with the customer first off all she should know what we ordered about but without any knowledge she can't involve In this worsted experience with kfc ever...

Food quality is really bad left my other tandori chicken. Place is also not cleaned. They should maintain what’s KFC represent at other store.

This is regarding take away order. 2 pieces hot and crispy were missing which we realised after reaching home. The contact number of the outlet mentioned in bill does not exist When complaint was raised (twice) through KFC app, I was told outlet staff would call and address the issue. No one from restaurant bothered to respond. This had happened in this outlet before as well. I believe people go there just because of franchise popularity. The service here has gone downhill in the past few months.

Worst services by KFC outlet of New bel road. This is the 3rd time that you all have been giving such poor services, please fix this before you ruin the whole brand. Again KFC has cancelled my order after accepting it and after showing a notification of that delivery partner is on the ev vehicle. What the heck is this ? Do you all have an idea that most of your customers are students and they don’t have enough money to afford and when they make an order, it may be the only money they have. And your refund of the amount happens only next day. So probably we have to sleep hungry and wait for the refund isn’t it ? Are you all aware about the inconvenience that happens to us. And this is not the first time, this is almost 3-4 times that KFC NEW BEL has been doing. Please look into the night duty staffs who are not doing there work properly. If the items are out of stock then why are you guys accepting the order, just reject the order before and put it as out of stock. Are you all aware about such things ? Nonsense services by KFC BEL ROAD. Executives and department head please look into it. Nonsense services.

Worst kfc in Bangalore. The people who work here are absolutely worthless. No sense of how to talk to customers and treat this as a joke. Even the food is absolutely disgusting and I even got undercooked chicken piece here. On complaining to the manager, he just laughed and said something to the guy behind the counter and walked away. Disgusting behaviour. PLEASE CLOSE THIS DOWN AND TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THE WORKERS HERE

I have ordered a burger from KFC New bel road via zomato.This is the second time they sent stale food.its smell really bad .you can't eat also.As i ordered from zomato neither they support to refund my money either the restaurant.worst experience ever.i am not going to order from this outlet again.with heavy price paid ,they are planning with the health of customers.

After a long time we tried kfc. It doesn’t feel the same we use to know. I ordered chicken zinger box and an extra zinger burger. Chicken was stale, over cooked and very very dry , hard is not the word. Best combination to is serve this with burnt fries. May it’s not “so good” anymore.🤷🏻🙄😤

see, the KFC trademark was made in USA with pure HARD WORK. but unfortunately the taste and service is bad and I'm telling you as a customer for over 10 years. please kfc, is you read this, plss develop the name of honor and taste... BTW burger king does way better than you guys.

since 15 days ac not working . customers are sweating and sitting . For soft drinks no straw . employees feedback is management not taking any initiative to resolve issue . pathetic experience in KFC.
