Overall chicken quality is good and tandoori zinger burger is the best burger,also we ordered long peri peri burger which was not tht as large as shown in photo but for 1st try it is also good

Best location and awesome place to hangout. Polite staff. Should try this kfc location once. Especially the popcorn chicken

This has to be the worst run outlet of KFC anywhere. Only 1 counter for taking orders with a queue of more than 7 ppl at any time. They take the order & payment and then inform that some items are not available. What is anyone to do in such situation? I didn't want to have half a meal here and go somewhere else for the rest of my meal so when I asked to cancel the order, the staff said it cannot be cancelled. Then some staff member asked me to wait while they prepare it fresh. It took them 30+ minutes to prepare 2 pieces of chicken and on the display board it has been showing as "ready" immediately after taking the order. If you are looking for good/quality service DO NOT VISIT this outlet. I hope they do something about this outlet which is tainting the reputation of KFC.

We have not received the order. Waiting from one hour. KFC fellow has given the order but no details of rider. Here no details of rider phone number. Kindly don’t order through Zomato. We will just loose the money. Never order from chandralayout KFC. They will not be having any details. If we enquire they behave very rudely

Worst outlet I’ve come across. Burgers are always cold and it has nothing inside it, and fries are soggy. And the outlets manager Mr. Kiran is arrogant af, and acts as if he providing us with free food. Worst outlet 🤬

I don't order anything from traitor restaurant. KFC Get out of India , go to Pakistan. Every brand should realise that this is not old india...this is new india won't tolerate anything on national sovereignty #BoycottKFC

I ordered peri peri 5 leg peice. The order which i received had no crumbs on it , It was looking as if someone ate those crumbs. When issue was reported they said it was delivered perfectly. Highly dissapointed with KFC.

Overall experience negetive only.what is this food in my life i didn't eat this type chicken. But i am really disappointed ☹️ after seeing these chicken pieces.
